Roadside Landscape Restoration
Castle Rock, Colorado
We joined forces with garden designer, Carol Skeels, to plan a roadside annual flower display in the Castle Pines Community. Deer resistant flowers and dense plantings keep this garden colorful all summer long. In other more native roadside shoulder areas we developed a multi-year re-vegetation plan. Using topsoil improvements, slope protection and native grass seeding we restored the appearance of road right of ways.
Rural Landscape Design
Elbert County, Colorado
Working with Landscape Architect, Neil Neumann, we prepared landscape plans for improvements to this remote Colorado ranch property. A new stock pond provides a fresh water supply to cattle while at reflecting the image of a new post and beam cedar barn. A box culvert faced with granite moves fresh water between ponds with country charm.
Equestrian Landscape Design
Cheasepeake City, Maryland
This private equestrian facility serves as a home for thoroughbred horses and a site for horse shows. Working with Landscape Architect, Neal Neumann, we prepared landscape construction plans keeping in mind that many common landscape plants are not edible for horses.
