One Ski Hill Place

One Ski Hill Place is the second generation of development at the Breckenridge Ski Area. This base area development undertaken by Vail Resorts Corporation provided ski in and ski out condominium lodging as well as a new skier services facility at one of Colorado's premier ski resorts. The site plan and architectural design process involved development applications with both the US Forest Service and the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado. These simulations helped describe the design intentions during the application and marketing of units prior to construction.
