Mecury's Coffee Shop
Bellevue, washington
This 3D model and series of renderings was used to illustrate the extent of tenant improvements for a proposed coffee shop on a retail pad site. Special attention was given to simulating the shiny metal and glass surfaces as well as the subtle lighting on the store interior.
